    Workshop Terms & Conditions

     

    1- Booking a workshop

    • Workshops are open to anyone aged 18 and over.
    • To book a place, please complete the booking form and make the required payment. Your place will be confirmed once full payment has been received.

    2- Refunds and cancellations

    Cancellation of a workshop by us

    We make every effort to run workshops as advertised.

    • If an insufficient number of bookings is received for a specific workshop, or in the event of circumstances beyond our control, we may need to cancel a workshop. In this case, you will be notified as soon as possible.
    • If you have already booked a workshop that is cancelled, you will be offered an alternative date. If you do not wish to attend on a different date, you will receive a full refund.
    • Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as used for the initial transaction.
    Cancellation of a workshop by you

    If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us via the contact form.

    • You may cancel your booking at any time, but a refund will only be payable within the cancellation period:
      • If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the start of the workshop, we will refund you the full fee.
      • If you cancel less than 14 days before the workshop starts, no refund will be due.
    • However, if we are able to fill your place with another participant, we will refund you the full fee.
    • Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as used for the initial transaction.

    3- Rights and obligations

    • You agree to always act with respect and consideration towards others during the workshop.
      If a participant engages in unacceptable behaviour, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This may include removal from the workshop without refund.
    • Participation in the workshop is at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
    • We may take photographs of your work during the workshop to promote future workshops. Your permission will always be requested before any images are used.
    • We will only use the personal information that you provide in relation to your participation in the workshop and will not share it with third parties.
    • For health and safety reasons, please wear closed shoes (no open-toed shoes or sandals).
    • Any damage or breakage to St Andrew’s Hall or its property, including loss, removal, or theft of property, will be charged to the person responsible.
    • There is a strict no-smoking policy within St Andrew’s Hall. The use of illegal drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
